## Ordering

Customers can either:
1. Customise a pre-built template (text, colours, logo) and order immediately.
2. Build a design from scratch using our online editor, or upload their own artwork (AI, PDF, PNG, SVG).
   Upload orders are reviewed by our team before a proof is emailed for approval and payment.

Minimum order quantities vary by product — each product page states its minimum.
Turnaround: 2–10 business days depending on the product, artwork, and quantity,
plus delivery anywhere in Australia. Urgent? Tell us your deadline when ordering.
Delivery is via Australia Post and couriers; local pickup is available in Cleveland QLD.

## Artwork & file requirements

- Accepted formats: AI, PDF, PNG, SVG (maximum 50 MB)
- Raster files (PNG) must be at least 300 DPI at print size
- No artwork? Use the free online editor, built-in art clips, or the AI image generator
- Every custom job gets a human-reviewed proof before printing

## Pricing

Pricing is quantity-based — larger orders have a lower unit price.
Prices vary by product, size, material, and finishing option.
Each product page advertises a "from" price for the smallest size and quantity.
All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Our live chat assistant can quote an exact price for a given product, size and
quantity — the same figure the product page calculates. Prices exclude delivery.

- Products are custom-printed to order, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Free reprint or full refund if the order is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect,
  or materially different from the proof you approved.
- Claims: email info@bizlabels.com.au within 14 days of delivery with the order
  number and photos. Assessed within 2 business days.
- Errors present in an approved proof (spelling, wrong numbers, low-resolution
  artwork) are not covered.
- Standard print tolerances apply: ±5% on quantity, up to 1 mm on cutting, and
  colour variation between screen and print.
- Free cancellation any time before proof approval or before production starts.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–10 business days, or can be
  taken as account credit.
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply in addition to this policy.

A: We have printing facilities in Australia and overseas. Urgent and smaller jobs
are usually printed at our Brisbane facility, while larger orders are printed
overseas to help you save on cost. Depending on the product and quantity, we find
the best solution for your order — just let us know at checkout if your job is urgent.

selected options. Volume discounts apply automatically as quantity increases.
