Custom woven labels are the mark of a professionally finished garment. Woven from polyester yarn rather than printed on fabric, these labels hold their colour, texture, and legibility wash after wash - making them the preferred choice for fashion brands, uniform suppliers, and handmade garment makers who want their work to carry lasting brand identity.
Damask weave uses finer thread denier to produce sharper detail and a softer hand-feel - the standard for fashion labels reproducing small text, intricate logos, or fine line artwork. Satin weave suits bold, simple designs where a slightly shinier surface finish is preferred.
Upload your logo or brand artwork and configure thread colours, label size, and fold type. Up to 12 thread colours per label.
Standard woven labels are sewn in, usually at the neck or side seam. Choose the iron-on woven option if you would rather press them on without sewing — handy for small runs and relabelling.
Woven labels are made by weaving coloured threads into damask fabric, so the design is part of the label and will not wash off. Printed heat-transfer labels sit flat with no seam — better when you want a tagless feel.
